ABOUT:
THE FARM & DISTILLERY is a total work of art, a historic four-sided farm from 1850 consisting of 4 buildings- two Atelier buildings and an authentic farm house from that time, a big barn in the back, chicken shack, a field and a little forest. No luxury. Recycling and
sustainability is implemented. It has existed as an art space since October 2015.
The exhibitions of THE FARM & DISTILLERY take up current topics and also reflects the art production and global exhibition activities on the subject of climate protection. The idea of the exhibitions is to think about just-in-time / on-site production of the works with recyclable material in order to counteract the climate-damaging shipping of large art goods and also to introduce environmentally conscious thinking into art production and exhibition activities worldwide.
